By placing an order with ColdWrists you agree to the terms below.

Digital Products & Access

ColdWrists provides digital access to a private network of suppliers, manufacturers, and sourcing resources.

The products shown on our website are example concepts and designs only. By purchasing from ColdWrists, you receive:

• Access to our private database of vetted suppliers and factories
• Detailed vendor information, contact details, pricing structures, and minimum order quantities
• Guidance on how to outsource and produce the items shown on the website

No physical products, watches, components, or materials will be shipped or delivered. This is a digital information and supplier-access service only. You are purchasing the ability to source and manufacture products yourself through the suppliers we provide.

All access is delivered electronically (via email or member portal) shortly after payment is confirmed.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable duties on international orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by them.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Digital access is considered delivered once login credentials or access links have been sent to the email address on file. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery of digital access.
