Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

Products

All products sold by ColdWrists are digital products and include immediate or near-immediate access to digital content, vendor information, and sourcing resources.

Once digital access is provided, delivery is considered complete.

Because digital products cannot be returned, duplicated, or revoked, no refunds are guaranteed for digital purchases.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Lack of results or business success
  • Accidental purchases
  • Failure to check email or spam folders
  • Misunderstanding the nature of the product or service

Discretionary Refunds

While refunds are not guaranteed, ColdWrists may issue partial or full refunds at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Issuing a discretionary refund does not create an obligation to issue refunds in the future.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent account suspension
  • Documentation being submitted to payment processors
